“The care factor is what really counts,” says Fran Seigert. “I love offering a truly personal, boutique service where I work closely with a handful of vendors and focus on a small number of listings.”
“People appreciate empathy and knowing that you care enough to be available after hours. I don’t go to sleep until I’ve returned every call. Clients say they feel at ease talking to me and I make a point of being there for them.”
Mature aged vendors hold a special place in Fran’s heart. She especially loves guiding them through the big selling decisions with her gentle, informative approach.
Fran’s real estate career kicked off at the age of 16 when she worked as an agency receptionist in South Australia. She’s since accumulated more than a decade in the industry, in Wodonga and Geelong, taking time out to pursue other callings, to grow a big family, and to see some of this vast country.
Fran is a fully licensed estate agent and divides her time between the office and the field. She uses modern technologies to stay in touch with clients, colleagues and her extensive network of contacts.
“Coming to Geelong was the best decision I ever made. It’s so easy to be enthusiastic about selling property here,” she says.
During downtime, Fran gets up to plenty: walking Geelong’s stunning waterfront, spending time with family, entertaining, cooking for friends, exercising, supporting her team at the footy and sewing. You might find Fran at a theatre production, most likely at Geelong Performing Arts Centre, or at a movie, especially those chosen for the Bethany Arthouse Film Festival.
